RESPONSIBILITIES

    

    

Reporting to Corporate Finance Manager APAC, you will

    

-  Work closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure accuracy of revenue details against customer contracts

    

-  Generate invoices and ensure timely collection of all customer accounts, taking actions as needed

    

-  Ensure timely and accurate posting of customer and miscellaneous payments

    

-  Collaborate with internal and external customers in resolving payment disputes

    

-  Accurately track and record customer communications and activity

    

-  Maintain complete and accurate customer accounts

    

-  Provide internal and external reporting, including support for external audit

    

-  Assist with adhoc research, reporting and projects

    

-  Provide continuous improvement to standardize and streamline processes

    

QUALIFICATIONS

    

-  Bachelor in Accounting with minimum 1-2 years of collections/AR experience

    

-  Exceptional analytical and communication skills with a client-focused orientation

    

-  Strong proficiency in written and spoken English

    

-  Attention to detail and ability to multi-task are critical

    

-  Ability to take ownership of your workload and prioritize to meet deadlines.

    

-  Must be able to function as part of a team and adhere to strict deadlines in a fast-paced, ever evolving environment
