职位介绍：

厨师将在乐园或酒店厨房的不同岗位上工作，包括切配，烹饪，洗菜和洗碗等职责，并在这些岗位上为我们的游客提供极致的餐饮服务。

职责：

? 贮存生鲜食品，干货，罐装食品以及半成品

? 为烹调清洗和准备食品和原材料

? 在烹调过程中协助厨师进行切配

? 根据菜单，食谱和顾客的要求配菜并装盘

基本条件：

? 有一年以上的厨房工作经验，中餐、西餐及其他餐厅皆可，包括西饼房

? 能适应快速且多任务的工作节奏及环境

? 拥有相关的食品安全知识

? 有基本的服务意识

? 工作时间：作为一线演职人员，您将会根据需要接受节假日以及周末的工作安排，需要早中班轮换。

优先条件：

? 拥有厨房工作经验者优先

? 拥有厨师证者优先

? 拥有五星级酒店/西餐厅工作经验者优先

Responsibilities

1.Store raw, dry, canned and cooked food

2.Prepare raw food and ingredients for cooking

3.Assist the Chef in the cooking process

4.Garnish and dish food items according to the requirements of the menu, recipe, and Guest

5.Keeping safety as a primary focus

6.Keep the resort clean and show-ready for our Guests

Basic Qualifications

1.Must be a recent graduate in year 2015 from culinary related major or having related certificates

2.Must be at least 18 years of age by June 2015

3.Full availability for any dates in a week and any shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays

4.Willingness to work at different locations in the resort area, including outdoor locations

5.Good communication skills and service sense

6.Good team player

7.Fluent in Mandarin

8.Have basic food knowledge
