岗位描述：

1/有独立操盘的经验，擅长天猫渠道整体生意规划，具有团队管理经验，带领团队完成指标；

2/擅长从数据分析出发，打爆款，选品，策划，驱动销售增长提升店铺业绩 ；

3/有较好的沟通能力，和市场部，以及天猫行业小二密切沟通，制定并执行店铺营销计划；

4/管理好运营团队及第三方服务商，确保各项店铺运营指标高于行业平均；

5/负责跟进全盘：天猫年度营销活动策划、报名、实施、总结；
6/负责天猫店铺日常：阿里妈妈直通车、钻展、淘宝客、微淘、论坛社区、SEM营销； 

7/时刻关注店铺动态：主推产品排序、突发问题解决、价格监控等；

任职资格：

1. 大专以上学历，

2，至少两年以上TMALL FSS 销售经验

3. 推广能力强，有一定店铺运营能力；

4. 有较强团队协作能力，热爱电商，有责任心，沟通表达能力强。

5. 英语流利***，可用英语进行商务语言及书面沟通；
