主要工作职责

参与业务开发与运营

1. 协助接待客户业务咨询。

2. 协助项目的运作，参与处理活动进场、进行以及撤场的全过程。

3. 协助处理和应对活动现场可能发生的问题与紧急情况。

日常事务

1. 更新上海商城官方网站及微信公众号内容；为公司期刊供稿。

2. 采购办公用品、清洁用品及其他各岗位所需物品、设备，每月向剧院经理提交部门库存更新报告。

3. 及时将业务合同与客户信息归档。

4. 每月更新考勤、收入、支出等相关报表。

其他

1. 积极完成直接主管或上一级主管下达的其它随机任务并交付期望的任务完成结果

岗位基本要求

1. 大专学历，管理专业优先

2. 良好的沟通技巧，熟悉电脑办公软件

3. 个性开朗/有团队精神/好学/高度责任心

4. 可接受节假日加班

5. 中文及基本的英文能力

Shanghai Centre was designed by John Portman & Associates and built by Kajima Corporation, combining the unique design and outstanding workmanship to create a convenient, people-oriented "City-within-a-city".
