职位描述
负责建立和培养关系客户关系;
负责并制定芯翼的销售业务实践,包括产品定价,销售预测,建立和管理分销体系和商业道德规范;
建立销售渠道并利用公司产品以及技术资源支持和满足客户需求;
寻找和开发新的业务机会,确保目标符合我们的战略方向:在短期和长期内业务***化并增加客户对芯翼产品的偏好;
和技术销售团队一起赢得客户项目和订单完成或超过指定的年度销售目标;
与研发和市场团队紧密沟通,以获得所需的支持和协调;
了解竞争对手以及竞争策略的优劣;
任职资格:
本科学历,通信、电子工程、计算机、微电子相关专业;
对芯片以及物联网行业有比较深厚的了解;
5-10工作经验,具有手机芯片、通讯SoC芯片市场营销、产品规划经或销售经验者优先考虑;
熟悉整合营销的方法,掌握市场营销的知识和技巧;
积极主动,渴望提升自身人际交往能力,具有良好的沟通与表达能力;
对市场和客户具备敏锐的理解和判断能力;
具备较好的文档编写技能及熟练的英文听说读写能力;
具有很强的责任心和团队合作意识;
能够适应频繁的出差。
Job Description: Sales Manager/Sales Engineer
Responsible for managing the relationship between Xinyi and customers by establishing and cultivating relationships
Develop a clear understanding of Xinyi’s business practices including pricing, forecasting, T/Cs, Distribution and Business Code of Ethics
Develop relationships with sales channels and engage resources in support of customers
Manage relationships between Xinyi and customers by establishing relationships with key individuals
Identify and develop new opportunities. Ensure that goals are consistent with our strategic direction of:
(1) maximizing the business over the short and long term and
(2) increasing the preference for Xinyi’s products
Responsible for meeting or exceeding assigned annual quotas and design win quotas in conjunction with the technical sales team
Communicate strategies to appropriate marketing and R&D to obtain required support and coordination
Understand competitor's strengths and weaknesses relative to the appropriate technical strategy
Qualifications:
IoT, communication or semiconductor background plus
Sales and Marketing Skills are required
Bachelors/Maters in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related; MBA preferred.
Minimum of years of relevant sales/marketing experience: >=5 years
Fluency in English and Mandarin is a must
Be available to travel
