职责：

1. To develop, maintain, undertake and report on, an audit format suitable for monitoring raw material, third-party and packaging suppliers (& related products and services). 

2.To maintain a way of working that allows for the execution of a work & reporting programme, shareholder access and work-life balance. (wrongly managed this position can become a 24/7 activity) 

3. To maintain a self-development programme to ensure general awareness of the latest legal, quality and food safety related requirements within China and advice stakeholders of the latest relevant issues arising within China which may impact on their supply chain. 

4. To work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and advise on the feasibility of these. 

5. To provide support to ABF’s Chinese VAWG and sub groups. 

6. To keep stakeholders informed of completed, scheduled and planned activities via summaries as requested by stakeholders 

7. To continually seek efficiencies to ensure all activities are undertaken in the most efficient cost-effective way.

要求：

? Must be fluent Chinese with good spoken and written English (Cantonese not required – but nice to have); able to travel freely both within China and across the globe. 

? Degree or equivalent in food science, microbiology or food related scientific discipline. 

? Holder of equivalents of: - Lead Assessor, Advanced Food Hygiene, BPCA, and Advanced HACCP certification. 

? Significant post graduate experience in a senior technical production based role in the food industry, together with up to date knowledge of both high & low risk manufacturing practices. 

? Experiences of establishing and maintaining a food sector GFSI/ISO based Quality Management System. 

? Significant exposure to Food QMS, Company, Retailer and Certification Body auditors. 

? Extensive knowledge of 

a) Traditional & modern manufacturing processes sufficient to confirm the supplier’s suitability to supply. 

b) Food safety, GMP, HACCP, hygiene and pest control issues both in the UK & overseas. 

c) Legislation (pertinent to the raw materials, packaging and finished products) and legislation of relevance.
