Plant Controller

Job Description:

1.Monitor PHCHI+SHA inventory movements in PSFT & eBS;

2.Set-up PHCHI+SHA standard cost in PSFT & eBS for new items;

3. Monitor PHCHI+SHA purchase cost and CSU;

4.Control and Support manufacturing on financial faction; 

5. Monitor Investment;

6. Monthly closing on CO and inventory;

7. ACCT Report;

8. Inventory and margin analysis; 

9. Capex analysis, RTV analysis;

10.Update stand cost quarterly and annually;

11.Budget according to group steps;

12.Rolling up budget and forecast;

13.RMA business control and analysis;

13. Miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Qualification:

1. Public Finance or Finance related major with 3+ years relational experience.

2. In cost controlling in international environment, 5+ years relational. 

3. Bachelor degree or above.

4. Strong P.C. skills and knowledge of one foreign language ERP are required. 

5. Fluency to read and write English. 

6. Be familiar with manufacturing process and logistic process very well.

7. Strong teamwork, Strong responsibility.

8. Able to work under pressure and overtime.
