Major Responsibilities:

List major areas of responsibilities and accountabilities of the position.  Where appropriate, include quantifiable data; i.e., budget dollars.

 

·         Attend to the project kick off meeting, get the timing schedule of customer delivery and internal test delivery, share information to team in time

·         Calendar for all CV, P-DV and DV development phases, including all experimental matrix cycles.

·         Pre-confirm project sample information (components/drawing/tooling etc.)with engineer

·         Get the actual or forecast Qty of all test and customer sample

·         Coordinating the internal resource according to the project forecast

·         Handle with project sample order and issue(Daily)

·         Coordination of sample delivery time

·         Support sample shipping and quotation, expense settlement(AP Backbone support only)

·         Coordinating and Communicating with different department to ensure project smoothly

·         Confirm sample cost and support successful collections

Critical skills, abilities and characteristics necessary to perform job responsibilities.

 

·         Experience with PowerPoint, Word, Excel knowledge is a must

·         Good English language ability

·         Interest in research & manufacturing (Manufacturing major preferred)

·         Good at team work, Good attitude, Strong responsibilities

·         Good communicating
