Summary: This position is concerned with all recruitment duties and separation procedure for national employee in the HR Office.  Responsibilities: ·         Offers any kind of help and suggestions to all concerned in dealing with personnel related matters.·         Reviews all national incoming applications and sort according to position applied for.·         Reviews existing vacancies and update recruitment notice on bulletin board as well as for recruitment booth.·         Manages website job posting, resume search and posting maintenance.·         Arranges interview, new hires medical check and reference check of national applicants.·         Updates the manning database.·         Prepares recruitment report – Daily interview calendar, School trainee database, candidates database resources report.·         Process reference check for all national employee’s personnel file and coordinates with the local personnel agent on related recruitment / separation procedure.·         Coordinates with related hotel schools and administrates all school trainees’ contracts and confirmation.·         Updates daily interview calendar and tracking all interview statement.·         Assists on Referral Program and organize the refresh referral program by quarterly.·         Updates information in recruitment system, works closely with hiring manager on online application and tracking processing status.·         CV search on cooperated website to ensure suitable candidates coming for interview.·         Ensure talent pool updates and accurate to sending potential candidates to hiring manager for review when necessary.  ·         Controls Assigns employee number.·         Prepares employee items for all new team members.·         Key-in and verify personal information to HR Link.   The above areas,responsililites and avtivities reflect the items considered necessary to describe the principal functions of the job identified and shall not be construed as a detailed description of all the work requirenunts that maybe inherent in the job.   Specifications: *              High school graduate & at least 2 years hotel experience.*              Good PC Knowledge & good command of spoken and written English.*              Pleasant personality.
