岗位职责:
作为库卡机器人装备自动化能力中心的应用工程师，工作任务主要包括以下几点：
1. 在项目初期或进行中，收集客户需求，并对这些客户定制化的项目进行可行性分析，必要时，在实验室进行测试验证;
2. 负责测试或项目的机器人仿真、应用程序编写及调试;
3. 负责推动项目现场的问题解决，协调现场调试的进度，配合项目经理完成项目验收;
4. 基于客户的需求、行业的趋势，与方案工程师、机械工程师一起协作开发新的应用。

As an Application Engineer at the competence center of handling,machining and processing in KUKA Robotics China. Your tasks will include the following:
1. Collect customer technical requirements at the beginn or in the middle of customer projects. Make the feasibility studies and excute tests in the Lab.
2. Responsible for robot simulation, application offline/online programming and debugging.
3. Responsible for pushing forward and solving problems on site, coordinate the field debugging progress, and cooperate with the project manager to complete the project acceptance.
4. Develope new application products together with proposal/mechanical engineers according to customer requirements or industry trend.
任职资格:
1. 本科或以上学历，自动化、电气工程、机械工程或相关专业；
2. 4年以上的机加工，消费品，注塑等行业设备调试经验，熟悉现场总线通讯协议，熟悉去毛刺，打磨，抛光和制鞋业工艺者尤佳
3. 精通机器人应用，能独立进行自动化工作站或生产线的机器人调试工作；在去毛刺，打磨，抛光，制鞋，机床上下料，注塑机上下料，码垛等领域有应用经验的优先考虑。
4. 熟悉KUKA机器人尤佳；熟悉2D，3D视觉应用调试的优先考虑
4. 工作努力、细致，有强烈的责任感；沟通能力及问题解决能力强，积极主动、注重团队合作。

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar.
2. 4+ years’ experience of automatic equipment debugging in consumer goods industry, machine tool Industry, plastics industry etc., familiar with PLC debugging and fieldbus technology. Experience within robitic deburring，grinding， polishing and footwear industry is preferred。
3. Good at robot application, and able to debug the robot automation cell or production line independently, experience in deburring，grinding，polishing，machine tending，palletizing will be considered as a plus.
4. Knowledge of KUKA Robot and of 2D，3D vision technology are preferred.
5. Work hard & carefully with great sense of responsibility; good communication, problem solving skill, initiative and teamwork spirit will be considered as plus.
