Responsibility
1.Interface with Customer to get the customer demand via P.O., EDI Release and Web Release.
通过订单、电子数据和网络等途径获取客户需求;
2.Review customer releases according to the capacity, material situation and etc. to confirm with customer or negotiate with an adjusted release;
根据产能、物料状况等情况，审核客户需求信息，回复客户交期或与客户协商一个新的可以实现的交货期;
3.Load the customer demand into QAD, balance and leverage the customer demand as a stable-loaded production schedule – MPS;
均衡客户需求，创建一个稳定和平衡的主生产计划，并加载入QAD系统。
4.Analyze dramatic changes in the releases; propose the solution; initiates meeting with Sales Dept., Production Dept. and General Manager to draw action plans.
针对客户需求的异常变化进行分析，提出解决方案; 主动协调相关部门，如：销售部，生产部，总经理，制定解决法案;
5.Lead weekly production meeting and release weekly production schedules and ensure its 100%compliance to ensure the on-time delivery;
召集每周生产会议，发布每周生产计划，并确保生产计划100％的完成，以确保按时交货;
6.Monitor the output and coordinates with Production Department regarding changes, issue and draft an immediately action plan;
监控生产产出情况，并针对生产中的变化和问题，与生产部门一起协商制定解决方案或发布新的更新的生产计划;
7.Closely monitor the E.C.N. and support the non-mass production build;
监控E.C.N.，并支持非大规模生产;
8.Maintain and review items master information in QAD to ensure it is updated and accuracy;
维护QAD物料主数据，确保数据维持最新版本和准确性。
9.Review and update planning data or related parameter in QAD periodically to ensure meet the real business environment;
定期审核并更新物料计划数据或QAD中的相关参数以确保其符合实际生产状况;
10.Responsible for material planning, review the MRP result, take procurement activity and send release to suppliers via S.V.;
负责物料计划，审查MRP的结果，开展采购活动，并通过S.V.向供应商发送需求;
11.Monitor, truck, expedite the material to ensure timely receiving and let the line running sound;
监控、催料保证原材料及时接收，生产有保证。
12.Ensure compliance and on-time delivery of sub-contracted components;
确保委外订单的及时交付。
13.Support S.Q.E. to deal with claim case with suppliers for (quality issues, raw material delivery problem and etc...) and coordinate with Tech. Dept. and Logistics function;
协助S.Q.E.处理与供应商（质量问题，原材料交货问题等..）的索赔事项，并同时对技术部
门和物流部门提供必要的帮助;
14.Provide routine reports. (I.e. Inventory, Downtime and etc...)
提供例行报告（例如库存，停工等..） ；
15.Dispose and analyze inactive materials. (re-use, rework, offer to other plants, scrap)
处理和分析呆滞物料 （再利用，再加工，提供给其他工厂，报废）
16.Performs other duties as may be assigned by the Material Department Manager from time to time.
完成由物料部经理委派的其他事项。


Requirements:

Education and skill requirements:
1.Bachelor's and preferably in production scheduler, material planner, analyst or equivalent experience;
学士学位的毕业生，最好是在生产计划，物料计划，分析师或同等经验；
2.At least two or three years working experience in multiple worldwide companies;
至少两三年在国际知名公司工作的经验，
3.Knowledgeable in QAD MFG/PRO or other MRP II software.
熟练使用QAD，MFG/ PRO及其他MRPⅡ常用软件；
4.Knowledgeable in International Trade Practice and Trade Agreements among countries affecting Takata Exporting Business to N.A.F.T.A.
具备国际贸易实务和贸易协定的相关知识；
5.English language skill is necessary, both in oral and written;
良好的英文口头和书面表达能力;
6.Computer literate and must be able to work using MS Office and especially in Microsoft Excel.
优秀的计算机操作能力，具备excel表格的使用技巧；
