职位描述
Responsibility
1.Coordinates and participates in the activity of compiling and maintaining of control records and related files
to release blueprints, drawings, and engineering documents to manufacturing and other operating departments.
和相关团队和部门保持良好沟通对技术中心相关技术图纸和工程文件进行编制和文档管理,
2.Prepare memorandums outlines and explain administrative procedures and policies to CTC department employee and
monitor compliance.
准备备忘录并负责对工程师解释相关流程和公司政策性规定;
3.Arrange programs, events or conference by arranging facilities and caterer, issuing information or
invitations, coordinating speakers and controlling the relating budget;
对研发中心的行政类事物总负责, 并给于恰当的安排,比如项目开展, 活动安排, 部门聚餐, 邀请函编写,发出并跟踪, 协助部
门其他团队进行会议相关事物的安排;
4.Arrange detailed travel plans and itineraries, complies documents for travel –related meetings.
对国内外出差计划和行程进行合理安排, 并准备相关的旅行文件和证明;
5.Prepare records such as agenda, notices, minutes and resolutions for corporate meetings.
准备会议日程, 会议纪要, 发布通知;
Requirements:
1.Good integrity, honest and good communication skill;
诚信，诚实，并具备良好的沟通技巧;
2.Quick learning, good English ability, Microsoft office skill;
学习能力强，良好的英语表达能力，熟悉办公系统；;
3.Can work in high pressure;
能够成熟处理工作中产生的压力;
4.Self-motivated, result oriented.

Education and skill requirements:
1.College degree in electronic, electromechanical engineering or admin;
大专及以上学历, 电子类, 机电工程或者行政管理类毕业者优先;
2.Over 5 years working experience for admin or document control;
具有5年以上行政或者文档管理工作经验;
3.Good written and spoken English
英文读写良好, 口语优秀;
4.Technical electronics knowledge desirable.
懂电子技术者优先考虑;
