Responsibility

1. Deliver bank book and bank documents (such as bill, bank account bill, bank return bill, credit bill);

负责银行单据、文件的传递（票据、银行对帐单、银行回单、信用单据等）;

2. Issue sales invoice (invoice and value-added tax invoice), send them to customers after checking by accountant;

负责开具销售发票（普通发票和增值税发票），由会计审核后发给客户;

3. Assisting accountant to prepare documents for annual inspector of the company;

协助会计做好年检年审工作;

4. Monthly statutory tax filing, export tax refund;

负责每月抄税,报税 及出口退税;

5. Fulfilling other tasks from the Department Manager;

完成部门经理安排的其它工作;

Requirements:

1. Good integrity, honest and good communication skill;

诚信，诚实，并具备良好的沟通技巧;

2. Quick learning, good English ability, Proficient in Microsoft Excel skill;

学习能力强，良好的英语能力，精通数据表操作;

3. Can work in high pressure;

能够成熟处理工作中产生的压力;

4. Self-motivated, result oriented.

Education and skill requirements:

1. Bachelor degree;

本科以上学历;

2. Above 1 year working experience in Finance;

1年以上财务相关职位工作经验;

3. Good command of English, both oral and written;

良好的英语口头及读写能力;
