Responsibility

1. Skillful In-Circuit-Test test knowledge, know how the component test principle.

熟悉ICT测试知识，了解电子元器件测试原理.

2. In good level of electronic circuit analysis，work out the test report or document.

熟悉电路分析，并整理测试报告及文档。

3. Continuously improve the FTT of ICT and the function tester, and enable the test stability.

持续提高测试设备一次性通过率，保证设备测试稳定性。

4. ICT Program and NTF debug ，trouble shooting with the test equipment.

ICT测试程式及误判调试, 对测试设备进行故障诊断。

5. Be responsible for the test equipment and test fixtures maintenance and improvement.

负责测试设备及测试治具的维护，保养及改善

6. Implement the weekly and monthly TPM of the test equipment.

执行测试设备周保养及月保养。

Requirements:

1. Good integrity, honest and good communication skill;

诚信，诚实，并具备良好的沟通技巧；

2. Quick learning, basic English ability, Microsoft office skill;

学习能力强，基本的英语表达能力，熟悉办公系统；;

3. Can work in high pressure;

能够成熟处理工作中产生的压力；

4. Self-motivated, result oriented.

自我激励，结果导向。

Education and skill requirements:

1. 3-year college degree or above, 2+ years working experience on testing in electronic plant;

三年制或以上大学学历，电子工厂2年以上测试工作经验；

2. 3+ years working experience on testing in electronics plant, LabVIEW or VB relevant work experience is

preferred;

3年以上电子企业测试工作经验，会LabVIEW或VB等语言者优先；

3. Willing to work on shifts;

愿意翻班；

4. Good team work and hard working ability.

良好的团队合作能力，能承担高压力工作。
