职位描述
Responsibility
1. Develops and implements strategic sales and account plans to accommodate corporate goals.
根据公司销售目标完善并执行销售及客户管理计划;
2. Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly for area of
responsibility;
对销售预测活动进行指导, 根据要求对职责目标进行界定;
3. Reviews market analysis to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates;
进行市场分析, 确定客户需求, 编制价格表清单, 以及折扣率;
4. Supervises staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales program;
管理销售团队和销售项目, 进行销售技巧知识方面的培训, 进行相关绩效考核;
5. Supervises channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales
territories, quotas, and goals.
主管渠道开发, 根据既定的销售区域, 销售价格和销售目标决定销售力量的分布;
6. Analyzes sales statistics to recommend policy;
根据销售数据分析提出合理化建议;
7. May directs product change efforts to coordinate with Engineering or Manufacturing;
能根据工程或生产需要对产品变化进行必要的指导和换料努力;
8. Represents company at product or service meetings;
代表公司在产品发布以及服务沟通会上进行演示;
9. Delivers sales presentations to key client in coordination with sales representatives.
与销售代表一同向重要客户进行产品介绍以及演示;
10. Meets with key clients, assisting account representative with maintaining relationships and
negotiating and closing deals.
理解客户需要, 协助销售代表维护客户良好关系, 并进行价格谈判, 拿到订单;
11. Coordinates liaison between sales department and other sales related units.
协调发展销售部门和其他有关部门的工作;
12. Analyzes and helps controls expenditures.
分析并帮助控制有关费用支出;
13. Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client
base expansion;
定期准备销售报告, 显示销售量, 潜在销售区, 以及根据潜在客户提出的销售区域扩大方案;
14. Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition.
监测和评估竞争对手的销售活动以及销售产品;
15. Recommends or approves budget, expenditures, and appropriations for research and development work.
编制并控制销售预算,费用支出以及市场调查以及市场拓展工作费用的申请;
16. Participates in the development of a strategy for building and managing specific customer
relationships (e.g., purchasing, sales & marketing, and product planning).
参与建设和管理客户关系(如采购,销售及市场推广,产品规划)的战略开发。
17. Develop and maintain a continuous knowledge of the customer’s operations: methods of working,
decision-making process, procurement orientation, supply chain, manufacturing plant operations.
开发以及了解客户的工作运作方式, 包括客户工作方法,决策流程,采购导向,供应链管理系统,制造工厂运营模
式。
18. According to the strategy, strengthen the approach to position and promote Takata as a strategic
partner and leading suppliers of the OEM (systems approach & development).
根据公司销售战略,提升公司定位、促使高田成为客户的战略合作伙伴和领先的OEM供应商。
19. Identify strategic or emerging markets of the customer and contributes to establishing or expanding our
business in these areas.
确定战略或新兴的客户市场,并积极建立或扩大在这些领域的业务。
20. Willing to travel and working under pressure.
愿意出差和在压力下工作
Requirements:
1. Good integrity, honest and good communication skill;
诚信,诚实,并具备良好的沟通技巧;
2. Quick learning, good English ability, Microsoft office skill;
学习能力强,良好的英语表达能力,熟悉办公系统;;
3. Can work in high pressure;
能够成熟处理工作中产生的压力;
4. Self-motivated, result oriented.

Education and skill requirements:
1. Bachelor degree, major in electric, business administration or related;
本科以上学历,电气,商务管理或相关专业;
2. 7-10 years working experience as sales in auto industry, safety products related preferred.
7到10年以上汽车行业销售经验,有安全相关产品销售经验者优先考虑。
3. Has engineering background is preferred.
具有工程背景者优先。
