Responsibility:

1. Responsible for the line process planning and setup (including SMT programming and reflow profile and wave soldering)

负责线上流程计划和设置（包括SMT编程、回流焊和波峰焊）

2. Responsible for creating, controlling and maintenance of the process documentation/record (layout, WI, PFMEA, PFC, CP)

负责流程文件/记录（layout, WI, PFMEA,PFC,CP）的新建、控制和维护

3. Responsible for BOM and Routine setup in the ERP

负责BOM和日常工作等ERP系统的维护

4. Responsible for operator training and allocation

负责操作工的培训和调配

5. Responsible for lean manufactory producing system design& improvement

负责对精益生产产品进行设计及改善

6. Responsible for improvement of the process (yield rate, productivity)

负责流程的改善（收益率、生产率）

7. Responsible for resolving the process problem related PCB assembly

负责解决PCB装配相关的流程问题

8. Corporate with other department with process issue related PCB assembly

与其它部门对于PCB装配相关流程问题进行合作

9. Report to manager about the current status and issue of process/producing

向经理汇报关于流程/生产的现行状况和问题

10. Guide subordinate in SMT process

在SMT流程方面指导下属

11. Develop process for new product related PCB assembly

针对相关PCB装配的新产品开发流程

Requirements:

1. Good integrity, honest and good communication skill;

诚信，诚实，并具备良好的沟通技巧;

2. Quick learning, good English ability, Microsoft office skills;

学习能力强，良好的英语表达能力，熟悉办公系统；;

3. Can work in high pressure;

能够成熟处理工作中产生的压力;

Education and skill requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree or above in electronics or relevant majors;

本科及以上电子或相关专业

2. At least 5 years relevant experience in Auto industry, especially electronics assembly process

5年以上汽车行业相关经验，尤其是电子装配流程相关经验

3. Good knowledge of SMT (Siemens SMT machine)

熟悉SMT（西门子SMT机器）

4. Good knowledge of Soldering

熟悉焊接

5. TS16949 or relevant background, good understanding of APQP;

有TS16949或相关背景，了解APQP

6. Good knowledge of process control

熟悉流程控制

7. Good knowledge of quality tool;

熟悉相关质量工具

8. Knowledge of tooling and testing

了解加工及检测相关知识

9. Good communication skill in Chinese and English

拥有良好的中英文沟通技巧
