Minimum of one year work experience in the hotel industry in Engineering

• 酒店行业工程部至少一年工作经验

• High School Degree required

• 至少高中学历

• Able to collaborate effectively with other hotel employees and managers

• 和酒店员工和经理高效合作

• Good knowledge of building management and engineering

• 具备房屋管理和工程专业知识

• Good oral and written communication skills

• 良好的口头与书写表达能力

• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration and life safety operating systems

• 具备电路、管道、HVAC（空调）、冰箱和生活安全操作系统知识

• Must hold refrigeration and air conditioning operation certificate

• 必须持有制冷与空调作业证，有维修证书优先录用
