HR Officer (Contractor)

Main responsibilities:

Take responsible in full cycle of personnel management regarding on-/off-boarding, probation assessment and contract renewal. Maintain employee information in Workday, follow up and optimize HR related process, and ensure all related activities are in line with local labor law and regulations.

As a contact window with external vendors related to supplemental medical insurance and residence permit, etc, and response to internal employees queries in a timely and efficient manner.

Co-ordinate and leverage resources to ensure training plans are well delivered and track training efficiency. Lead NHO program in line with business direction and company policy, update training material and deliver NHO to internal employees.

Take initiative and play an active role in coordination for employee relations activities, e.g. team building, L&L, kick-off, regular review meeting and etc.

Provide necessary support in the completion of HR programs.

Other tasks assigned by the company.

Required Competencies:

Bachelor degree.

With 3-5 years working experience, as a HR general role in MNC is preferable.

Good command of English.

Self-motivated, with can-do attitude.

Client-oriented with a high degree of customer focus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel.

Solid knowledge of local labor law and regulations.
