工作职责：

1、根据公司战略和运营需要，对运营产品进行需求管理、用户分析、数据挖掘、运营优化;

2、负责电商平台商品配置规划，优化完善产品端和用户端运营流程;

3、负责产品运营及商品管理工作，对产品运营数据负责，持续跟踪产品运营状况、用户反馈，分析运营数据、提出优化方案;

4、负责管理产品交互和逻辑设定，构建良好用户体验和商品品类配置体系;

5、有效协调设计、开发、商务等部门，推动项目实施、进展跟踪、问题协调，确保产品运营平稳。

任职要求：

1、本科及以上学历，具备一定的英文阅读及沟通能力，Word、Excel、PowerPoint等工具软件运用熟练；

2、5年电商、TP代运营、O2O商品运营经验，有大型电商平台工作经验优先；

3、负责过电商平台商品运营及规划，熟悉产品运营流程，具备良好的产品及数据分析能力，善于挖掘用户需求；

4、具有敏锐的市场洞察力，优秀的沟通协调能力和团队协作能力；

5、具有良好的职业操守及责任心，能够承受较强的工作压力。
