职位描述
Key responsibility/task
Develop and implement a 3 year strategic sales plan for the target industry – Railway, Robot, Renew-energy
- Building relationships with current customers, analyzing and developing potential new customers
- Develop and Coordination with the regional distributors, achieve sales budget.
- Developing and documenting individual Strategic Target business plans for Key customers
- Attending and participating in annual product meeting in HQ
- Prepares accurate and thorough sales activity reports
- Gather industry trend and customer roadmap in order to understand market signals and translate into business actions
- Effectively communicate with the management team in China and Italy to promote the business needs of your customers
- Ensures that Account Receivables (AR) are timely tracked and resolved with customer.
Qualification and experience
- Solid experience in Railway, Robot industrial with sales verifiable successes
Experience in sales channel analysis and B2B sales for technical brand products
Determinating and focusing on results as well as a strong willingness to sell, coupled with the ability to act and customer orientation
At least 8 years working experience in Electrical or Automation business, heavy duty connectors experience are certainly plus
Order processing experience is needed
Being able to identify opportunities, decision leaders and good BD opportunities
Being stable and willing to travel
Nationality: Chinese (Must)
Education
Bachelor in Engineering, Electrical and Automation is preferred
Language
? Fluent in both written and spoken English (Must).
Additional Capability
? Proficient in computer skills, such as MS Excel, Word, PPT etc.
? Strong team work spirit and interpersonal skills.
