• Responsible for PayPal China large merchant sales strategy
• Responsible for PayPal China large merchant sales results - meeting and exceeding team quota: deals, payment volume, and revenue
• Responsible for managing PayPal China large merchant sales team: driving results, providing ongoing guidance and coaching, helping on teams' personal and career development
• Responsible for PayPal's brand awareness establishment and strengthening in respective verticals
• Personally responsible for Sales and Business Development in all verticals
• Responsible for industry insights in verticals that PayPal focuses, quick in identify new business opportunities in new verticals

• Result-oriented, strong in sales skills, and eager to beat the target yet maintains the highest level of integrity
• Understand the Chinese or global e-commerce environment
• Understand payment industry is a plus
• Must be analytical, ideally has exposure in strategy formulation in Fortune 500 companies.
• An independent, proactive and effective team member under pressure who understands team-working
• Willing to travel extensively
