Account Manager

 

Overview

The lead point of contact between Weme and the best-in-class global beauty brands in our ever-expanding portfolio. This role leads all client related work, such as communication, reporting & project management. Your duties will include running client meetings, collecting sales data, compiling reports and managing timelines.

 

 

Duties – Roles and responsibilities

-          Maintain good relationships with existing clients and brand partners

-          Operate as the primary point of contact for all matters relating to brand accounts

-          Lead the onboarding process of new brands

-          Work effectively with relevant internal teams (sales, marketing) to drive results and meet deliverable deadlines

-          Stay up to date with all sales data and sales performance

-          Work across several internal depts to compile weekly & monthly client reports

-          Present decks and reports to clients

-          Understand client needs and effectively manage expectations (both internally and externally)

 

Skills

-          Strong communication skills both written and verbal (English fluent, Chinese Native)

-          Solid experience with MS Office (particularly MS Excel), and Sharepoint

-          Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities

-          Ability to manage multiple projects at once

 

Requirements

-          Bi-lingual – native or excellent command of both English and Chinese

-          Previous experience in Account Management or Project Management (2+ years)

-          Previous experience at a Tmall partner (TP) firm a bonus

-          Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining attention to detail

-          Confident in presenting to key stakeholders across departments and all levels of organization

-          Excellent problem solver and independent worker

-          Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities

-          In-depth knowledge of China’s social media and e-commerce landscape
