- Be responsible for vendor invoice entry into SAP timely and accurately;
- Be responsible for two/three-way match for purchase order, communicate with business team for any problems;
- GR/IR account monitoring and follow-up on regular basis
- Prepare financial reports and account reconciliation related with AP, and ensure proper follow-up
- 3rd/Interco AR/AP statent reconciliation, etc.
- Other ad hoc projects where necessary.

- Bachelor degree major in accounting/finance
- At least 3-4 years accounting related experience

- Good English in writing and speaking
- Good communication skills, strong sense of responsibilities
- Ability to effectively use SAP or other tool is preferred
- Proficient in office software, especially excel

- Independent, proactive, creative and professional attitude
