• Building applications on top of the home grown analytical platforms to facilitate online and offline analytics.
• Creating productivity tools for statistical analysts, automation tools for system integration, and monitoring tools for system health
• Participating the full life cycle of the project, including but not limiting requirement discussion
• Leading in the technical design, coding, testing, release management and production support

• Working knowledge of Java , J2EE technologies and SQL
• Working knowledge of Oracle, Teradata, and MySQL
• Fluent in both oral and written English
• Big plus for experiences in statistical model building
• Big plus for being familiar with SAS, R, Hadoop and PHP
• Plus for experiences working in the financial industry
• Plus for experiences working in the e-commerce industry
