Primary Job Responsibilities
1. Work with business and analytical partners to support analytics for Affiliates on business optimization, pricing model, ROI analysis and business insight development.
2. Apply advanced statistical/econometric modeling tools to develop robust predicative models to support business initiatives in acquisition, retention, cross sell and customer experience management for various lines-of-business.
3. Work with data warehouse and other internal data platforms to extract publisher information and profile publisher behavior to support various strategic business initiatives.
4. Design sound tests using the method of experimental design to maximize learning using limited resources.
5. Mentoring and coaching junior staffs, driving internal operational excellence, and developing career for the team.

Job Requirements
1. Great business sense and superior analytical skills with the ability of understanding business problems, developing innovative and practical solutions to solve complex problems, articulating and communicating to the business partners and execute on solutions.
2. Strong knowledge of advanced statistical principles such as linear regression, logistic regression, multivariate analysis, factor analysis, survival analysis, clustering, segmentation and experimental design.
3. Proficient in SAS, SQL, VBA programming and Microsoft office. Working knowledge of advanced data mining tools such as SAS Enterprise miner is a plus.
4. Extensive experience and thorough understanding of internet marketing, web analytics, e-commerce and best practices.
5. Extensive experience with large data sets and data manipulation.
6. Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and mandarin.
7. Strong project management skills.
8. Ability to multi-task, handle multiple projects with demonstrated follow-through.
9. A sense of humor, personal integrity, and an appreciation for team-work.
10. Advanced degree in quantitative fields such as statistics, economics, mathematics, computer science, operations research or MBA.
11. 8+ years of marketing and business analytics experience. 2+ years people management experience is a plus.
