KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责 (including EHSS responsibilities)

1. Design and implementation of lab experiments and stability tests on innovation products (Functional fluid).
2. Independent documentation via lab reports in Mandarin and English.
3. Support of innovation product scale-up in plant on demand.
4. Maintain samples, chemical substances, technical equipment, furniture and operational procedures in lab.
5. Meeting the requirements of IMS/ISO and EHSS standards.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件 (education, language, expertise, functional competences)

Education

1. Master degree or Ph.D degree
2. Major in chemistry and chemical engineering, silicone/polymer-related preferred.

Knowledge/Requirement

1. Solid theoretical knowledge of chemistry, silicone chemistry preferred.

2. Pronounced practical lab skills, especially in product synthesizing and purification.

3. Basic analytic ability on spectrogram. Ex. NMR, GPC, FTIR and DSC

3. Diligence and creativity, quick response to work, efficient time management.

4. Good command of written and spoken English.

5. Solid IT skills (MS Windows, MS Office, MS Outlook).

6. Soft skills: Open-minded, pro-active and communicational personality.

Experience

1. At least 3 year R&D related working experience in chemical industries and synthesizing   (1 year working experience can also be considered if Ph.D).
