Billing and Payment supervisor

Responsibilities
· This position will be responsible for online payment processing functionality for eBay Marketplaces.
· The key responsibilities of this role will be management of the following tasks
- Manage the routine payment processing and research task
- Ensure the daily operation meet the global service level requirement.
- Administers operation productivity and service quality
- Workflow optimization
- Analysis of complex payment or billing issues and effectively solve problems as well as proactively investigate payment and billing issues and suggest solutions that will enhance the customer experience
- Generate weekly & monthly operational tracking report and data analysis
· Run and manage issues list for weekly/monthly operational issues meeting with the related teams
· A key element to this role is to have a close cooperation and open communication with all Global Billing Operations teams both onsite in Shanghai and Globally. This supervisor will work within the framework of the company’s long term objectives in optimizing resources, technology and innovative thought to ensure that we are supporting a high quality, trusting trading environment.

Education and Experience
· University Degree in Finance, Economics, Management
· General Knowledge of E-commerence and online payment, and of eBay in particular
· Minimum 3-4 years of related operational billing and payments processing experience, preferably at a billing operator or e-commerce provider
· Minimum 1-2 years of supervisory or lead experience
· Working hard with great responsibility
· Experience with MS Office and data management system, great data analytical skill is a big plus
· Excellent communication skills. Fluent English is required. Additionally, knowledge of any other European Language is a big plus
· Self-motivated, detailed, analytical, efficient and able to work independently
· Willing to accept and function in a constantly changing, fast paced environment
· Flexible and willing to take on different tasks as needed
