Shangri-La Centre, Qingdao is a commercial complex which consists of a Grade A office tower and a retail arcade adjacent to the 5-star Shangri-La Hotel, Qingdao.
Working in the Property Management Team, you will be based in Qingdao and supervise a local team to oversee the leasing and daily operations of the commercial complex.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for leasing and property management of Shangri-La Centre, Qingdao
Lease negotiation with prospective tenants
Oversee design and planning of new commercial developments and set up of property management office during pre-opening stage of new developments
 
EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS REQUIRED
Min. 8 years of leasing / property management experience in first class office / retail developments
Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
Degree holder in property-related disciplines preferred

Ability to work within a team environment
