Under the leadership of the Director of Events Management, the Assistant Director of Events

Sales leads and directs the Events Booking Centre (EBC) team to handle and manage all incoming groups and events inquiries in adhering to the service standards. As the team leader

in heading the EBC, he/she is responsible for managing the sales managers to convert positive

event groups business into sales, as well as optimizing function space utilization to maximize event revenue to achieve the total sales revenue goals.

ADOES manages leads distribution among the team to ensure efficient responses to sales opportunity and supervise the overall sales services and quality. He/she will work with

Wedding Planner and DOS to develop and implement event pricing strategy to capture local and wedding businesses. ADOES will also be responsible for people development to maximize team potential.
