职位描述
JOB RESPONSIBILITES:
- Process monthly administrative invoices and PR/PO Payment application/tracking
- Key contact with building landlord service center and actively follow up all the necessary maintenance
- Assist to implement office project with the coordination of internal/external parties to make sure the project was carried out in one smooth way
- Organize the regular meeting for the office project, update the status of each phase; troubleshooting the problem during the process
- Providing the professional office facility setting up, supporting company service strategy
- Coordinates company activities, including but not limited, Annual Dinner, Townhall meeting, Founders’ Day, Company Outing etc.
Main Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Facilities/Property Management or related fields, experience on the office moving and setting up in MNC was preferred
Good problem solving, planning and organizing skills
Be customer-oriented, able to work under pressure
Well-developed interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and manner
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and bilingual wording processing
Fluent writing and communication skills both in English and Mandarin
