-       Independently perform the audit project

-       Cooperate with other auditors to conduct the audit projects in store and HQ

-       Review the company procedure and give the constructive comments

-       Follow up the high risk audit points

-       Develop the audit check list according to attribution of audit objective

-       Conduct the investigation base on the requirement from board management or Compliance Officer.

-       Act as the consultant for the procedure optimization and risk control

Coach other departments to clarify the audit findings and mark up the efficiency and effectiveness of implementation

Responsibility:

o   Conduct audit in the areas of HQ functions (main working area), all stores, distribution centers, or other places assigned by the direct superior or Internal audit/ ICS Manager

The audit process should include:

-       Check the implementation of complex business processes according to company and legal statutes and present the audit result in report.

-       Provide the valuable recommendation for related finding to management.

-       Follow up the audit findings

-       Document audit evidence and maintain high quality working paper

o   Assist in improving the audit programs, tools, approaches

o   Assist in exploring new audit area and developing new audit program

o    Other tasks given by Superiors or ad-hoc tasks

Accountability:

o   Accomplish defined no. of audit tasks, detect internal control weaknesses.

o   Provide valuable and practical recommendations.

o   Improve constantly the audit techniques and quality

Minimize the audit risks.

Requirement:

with working experience as internal/external auditors or CIA certificate preferred; at least 2 years working experiences in retail/wholesale field.

College or above.

    

Strong PC skills, familiar with Microsoft office tools, SAP skill preferred
