工作概要：负责生产现场的技术问题解决，改进产品的工艺流程、平面布局、降低FTQ，制订纠正措施，培训、指导操作员工。

主要岗位描述：

1、 负责生产线的技术问题处理，包括分析缺陷、降低报废、优化工艺参数与测量方法、优化工装夹具.

2、 负责生产线文件的编制和更新，包括WI、PFMEA、CP等。

3、 负责生产线技术资料，使得顺利通过审核。

4、 负责协调与产品相关的质量问题，如产品的关键过程质量控制的设计工序能力的验证，特殊工序质量的控制

5、 每天深入生产现场收集数据，分析生产过程中的薄弱环节，实施持续改进以提高生产效率、降低制造成本。

6、 参与新项目工作，培训操作工、工装、设备、夹具等的验证，从小批量产品开始进行全程跟踪，并确保产品大批量生产的综合能力。

7、 持续分析并不断改善产能，改进优化制造过程、降低生产成本。

8、 负责8D报告的拟制并，负责纠正措施的实施和验证。

岗位要求：

1、机械类、机电一体化类专业，大专以上。

2、从事相关工作三年以上，汽车开关类。

3、有较强的动手能力。

4、熟悉APQP、PPAP、MSA、SPC等文件，对TS16949有一定的了解。

5、办公软件熟练运用，OFFICE、CAD、PRO/E等，有一定的三维软件基础。

6、较强的独立解决问题的能力。

7、良好的沟通能力以及团队精神。

8、一定的协调组织能力。
