Duties:

工作职责：

• Leading translation team on localization projects - assigning work, controlling and monitoring project execution according to project schedule.
• Responsible for project management of development of user manuals (electronic products) and technical documentation.
• Interface with external translation agencies, and oversee projects from start to finish, ensure that the final materials are of top quality, on time and compliant with company guidelines.

Requirements:

• University degree in English, Translation, Journalism, or a related field. Related work experience may be substituted for a degree.
• Experience in arranging and managing translation services with external agencies.
• At least 3 years solid experience in translation servicing relating to consumer electronics industry, technical documents and user manuals or other relevant fields.
• Strong writing and editing skills in English and Chinese.
• Able to work effectively in a high-caliber multi-cultural environment.
• Knowledge of translation tools such Trados is a definite plus.
