- 文具及日常生活用品订购，办公室设备日常维护

  

- 负责办公环境的管理，包括绿化，清洁，茶点购买，订餐等

  

- 负责公司名片和名牌制作

  

- 办公室日常事务并协助各部门完成交予事务

  

- 其他经理布置的相关工作安排

  

  

任职资格:

  

1、有良好的英语听、说、读、写能力；

  

2、熟练使用办公自动化软件，包括Word，Excel，PowerPoint等；

  

3、良好的沟通能力、组织能力和执行能力，工作仔细，有耐心；

  

4、强烈的工作责任心和团队合作意识。
