Come join a fast growing profitable healthcare technology company and help prepare for international expansion. Assist in brining company from 70+ employees to 120+ employees within 1 year and greatly improve and expand accounting and financial functions.

Financial manager/director
? Report to CEO - close relationship on all key decisions
? Manage financial matters for China company - financial and potentially others reporting
? Lead budgeting initiatives and key role with ROI calculations by project
? Potential role in preparing for capital raise
? Deal with multicurrency and transfer pricing issues - expansion into Brazil and USA
? Help understand accounting, tax, and legal impact of various global corporate legal structures for the company
? Cash management and revenue cycle management
? Cost control and trend analysis - internal procedures
? Financial statements, records, and reports
? Tax planning
? Maintenance with Chinese government and external auditors

Requirements:
? More than 5 years finance experience in MNC
? High level English and Mandarin required
? Big 4 accounting firms experience is a plus
? Startup or expansion stage company experience a plus
