职位描述
Job Summary:
GBI consulting department target is to become a leading consulting practice for pharma market intelligence and pharma operation outsource solution provider by 2015.
At this highest level, this position holder will be responsible for identifying these internal and external opportunities and ensure that such opportunities can be executed under the current regulatory environment in China. Moreover, it is important to develop plan and monitoring the process for delivery the end result. Align these opportunities into our 5- year plan strategy and other long term planning initiatives to commercial leader. The individual will work closely with sales & marketing personnel, product and client relation teams.
Responsibilities
1. Consulting Practice Building
? Participate in practice building activities (e.g. conference participation, thought leadership development, market offering development, recruiting).
? Identify and begin developing expertise in specific practice specialty areas to drive firm recognized expertise development.
? Provide coaching and mentoring to junior consultants.
2. Client Relationship Development and Management
? Manage key client stakeholder relationships and communications at all stages of the project. Facilitate complex meetings, presentations and workshops to build client commitment for the change.
? ?Cultivate follow-on opportunities at clients and develop compelling business case/proposals to new business opportunities.
3. Project Delivery and execution
Identify and prioritize client value creation opportunities based on research and analysis activities and an understanding of client visions, performance gaps, and needs.
Guide the preparation of all appropriate proposal documents and lead the project through the approval process.
Shape and lead the business solution implementation: defining and supervising business architecture, process design and development activities, developing capabilities and performance measurements/KPIs.
Develop implementation plans and lead teams to execute project deliverables to schedule, budget and performance goals. Manage project financials. Assess and manage risk throughout the project lifecycle and make adjustments as needed. Ensure planned business outcomes are achieved.
Direct business pilots and client deployment activities.
Design the projects overall communication strategy and approach to the desired change journey.
Requirements
1.Education/Training
A bachelor degree or above in pharmaceutical, life sciences and medicine, MBA background would be a plus
2.Working Experiences:
At least 3-5 years experience in Consulting or Senior Marketing position or MNC pharmaceutical/ medical device companies in Business Development function or sales and marketing, channel management role
Deep understanding on Pharma industry
Good Connection with Pharma BD circle
Good general knowledge on China Healthcare regulations, possess basic understanding of regulatory requirements/regulatory trends in the pharmaceutical industry (Chinese healthcare reform, GMP, GSP etc)
Government Policy - have good knowledge of the Government policy from a big picture perspective
3.Functional Skills
Analytical Skill - good at data analysis and able to identify issues and opportunities through data
Effective leadership and management skills with a proven ability to mobilize and energize project teams to deliver results
Solid financial acumen, business analysis and diagnosis skills.
Strong executive level relationship building skills.
Ability to create and deliver high-impact communications to senior audiences (written and oral in both Chinese and English) and facilitate complex discussions.
Communication Skill - strong cross functional influencer; able to press others for actions, able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at HQ level
Negotiation Skill - have the ability and skill set to deal with tough and long lasting negotiation with targets
Project Management Skill - ability to manage the complexity of any projects that involves many different stakeholders both from local and HQ
Presentation - Excellent in articulate the flow of the rationale in ppt format
4.Language and other Requirements:
Excellent in both Chinese and English in oral and writing
Highly self-motivated, driven and results-oriented.
Strong ethical and principles driven individual.
On-the-feet thinking and problem-solving.
Strong passion to innovate and drive for solutions.
