Role Purpose

To ensure the best possible quality of products car seat & strollers (product certification, product compliance/liability prevention according to legal requirements & international standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supplier quality management as resident engineer, including supplier assessment, supplier audit/monitoring (probably located in supplier)

Project management in terms of the scope of quality management, milestone/ risk/quality management;

Product quality development, mainly for advanced quality planning, parts approval (key components), key manufacturing process monitoring, PPAP

Product certification as our company Quality Directives and safety/ regulatory requirements in adherence of international rules & standards (ECE R44 / EN1888)

Claim/ complaint management, and non-conformity follow up with required corrective & preventive actions;

Assess product, compliance, or operational risks management

Support to chemical compliance audits

Continuous improvement in terms of supplier quality management

Requirement

5+ years working experience in product quality field, prefer experience in car seats or Automotive

Expert in quality planning, and product compliance management / non-conformity management

Good soft skills on communication and problem solving; and knowledge of ISO 9001; know how to handle technical documentations

Fluent in oral and written in English

Willing to take very frequent travel and work with suppliers.
