Job Description:
Sales representative for fabrics department.
To perform sales activities for fabrics for INNTEX Group, covering sourcing customers, order coordination and follow up, to assist in the achievement of team's business objectives.
FUNCTIONS:
Follow up orders with buyers and designers in headquarters, vendors, team members to ensure a qualified order process and on-time deliveryTravel to suppliers' showroom and make selection (for design and qualities) Check all samples coming from suppliers and give comments
TEAM:
Key relationshipsInternal: Buyers, Designers, QA/QC people, etc.External: suppliers
EDUCATION:
Bachelor degree
OTHER KNOWLEDGE:
Intermediate computer skills;Good command of English skills both in verbal and written form, used to working in an English speaking environment
REQUIREMENTS:
3-8 yrs sales experience on fabrics for a trading company.
COMPETENCE:
Demonstrated understanding of local and international markets, sense of fashion and business, commercial oriented
Good planning and organization skills for developing clear, actionable and measurable plans, schedules, or priorities with minimal supervisionPerformance oriented, initiative to take actions for overcoming obstacles and problemsGood coordination and cooperation with internal and external parties for the project or problem in the whole processGood negotiation skills to satisfy the interests of multiple parties to maximize the cost-saving for a qualified merchandisingDemonstrated adaptability and flexibility to fit new and unusual situations to achieve business goals
REQUIREMENTS:
- Age between 25 to 35 years old
- Good Knowledge of English written and spoken
- Degree in international business, marketing or textile will be considered an advantage.
- Experience in the sales of fabrics/yarns/textile of at least 3 years
- Dynamic, active and available to travel in the mainland
- Job position is based in Shanghai
