职责描述：
通过各种平台（天猫/亚马逊/JD）及伊奈官网在线聊天工具解答客户的售前售后问题的咨询及处理；
通过公司热线电话接听并解答客户的售前售后问题；
通过公司热线电话进行回访客户满意度，并将客户反馈意见提交相关部门领导
记录并分派客户的安装及维修相关需求给对应的部门并跟踪完成；
完成日常报表并上报；

任职要求：
大专及以上学历，男女不限；
普通话标准，口齿清楚；
灵活运用基本电脑操作知识； 
具备服务意识，客户导向，有同理心；
能够适应高压力的工作环境；
具有良好的沟通技巧和交流能力；
积极的工作态度与团队协作能力；
有呼叫中心工作经验者优先；
