岗位职责：

1、 向公司COO汇报，负责公司中国及海外市场的在线市场战略，管理年度市场预算；

2、 确定细分市场，沟通策略以及产品线；

3、 整体策划、管理、执行品牌线上活动，以吸引用户；

4、 负责新产品的发布、推广，与可能的在线平台进行战略合作；

5、 监管广告投放渠道，提高广告的投资回报率；

6、 引导用户保留方案，提高用户在平台的活跃程度，并逐步实现将网站流量转换为营收；

7、 管理团队社会化媒体营销；

8、 协助管理网站的内容、流量，对现有的网站进行优化建议；

9、 与产品和技术团队紧密协作，以提高用户体验度。

任职要求：

1、 商务管理、市场或其他相关专业本科及以上学历，有海外工作或者学习经历的优先；

2、 5年以上市场工作经验，2年以上社会化媒体工作经验或相关工作经验；有教育行业经验的优先；

3、 熟悉中国和海外市场的在线市场，并对中国的客户行为有深刻理解；

4、 有大型在线活动的经验；

5、 结果导向，且具有较强的商业思维能力；

6、 出色的组织和管理能力，能在有限的时间内同时管理多个项目；

7、 优秀的文档和演示技能；

8、 优秀的中英文听、说、读、写能力。

Responsibilities:

- Reporting to COO to drive online marketing strategy for China and oversee market, and manage annual marketing budget
- Identify market segment to define communication strategy and product matrix
- Plan, manage, and execute holistic online marketing campaigns for branding and customer acquisition
- In charge of new product launch, promotion, and strategic partnership with different online platforms
- Oversee online advertising channels to maximize ROI on ad dollar spent
- Lead the retention programs for members to drive returned traffic, increase user stickiness, and convert traffic to revenue
- Hold the management role social media marketing
- In charge of website content, traffic, and on-going site optimization
- Work closely with sales and product team to improve funnel conversion and customer experience

Requirements:

- Bachelor or Master degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required, overseas education or working experience is preferred
- 5+ years of marketing working experience，2+ years of experience working in the area of social networking or Experience working with Social Networks，experience in education industry is preferred.
- Familiar with CHINA & Overseas online market scene and have in-depth understand of mainland customer's behavior
- Experienced in big-scale online acquisition campaign
- Result-driven with strong business acumen
- Outstanding organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Excellent documentation and presentation skill

- Excellent command of BOTH written and oral Mandarin & English
