Responsibilities:
职责与工作任务：

1.Carefully and orderly conduct the assembly work for prototype according to the assembly plan.
根据装配计划，认真有序的进行样品装配工作。

2.Seriously implement the 5S requirements and maintenance equipments.
执行5S现场管理要求，对所操作设备的运行状况及维护负责。

3.Understand the assembly process and key points of the prototype by reading the assembly drawing and instruction before each assembly work. The assembly can only be continued after confirmation and approval of the manager/engineer if there are any problems in the process of assembly work.
装配前必须按装配图纸和装配指导书要求，熟悉装配顺序和要点。装配过程中如遇有不明确的地方，必须征询部门经理或工程师的确认并同意方可继续。

4.Inspect the quality of the prototype by self after the assembly work, let the QC department inspect again, and package the prototype after QC's final comfirmation.
装配完工自检后交质检员检验，确认合格后，严格按要求包装。

5.Report the quantities of all of the parts used during the assembly work to the planner.
将装配过程中，涉及的物料使用情况上报计划员。

Requirements:
任职资格：

1.Technical secondary or above.
中专以上学历

2.Mechanical background.
机械背景

3.Assembly working experience in manufacture industry (gearbox experience is preferred)
有制造业装配部工作经验（齿轮箱行业佳）

4.Can read mechnical drawings.
会看懂机械图纸

5.Obey the leadership arrangement and has a strong sense of responsibility, to ensure the quality of work. Can be familiar with the process of the prototype assembly and gain the primary inspection ability after training.

Magelec Propulsion is a complete electric powertrain manufacturer, producing permanent magnet axial flux motor generator units, IGBT and SiC MOFSET based motor control units and geared transmissions. We create the most power dense, light weight axial flux powertrain solutions in the world. Developed for motorsport or daily commercial duty, out compact, light weight designs reduce powertrain mass, improving vehicle performance, increasing payload and range.

Omni Gear and Magelec Propulsion are from the Omni Powertrain Technologies Family.
