岗位职责：

1.配合带班教师做好教育活动和活动前的准备工作。

2. 做好孩子的日常护理工作，照顾好幼儿在园的一日生活;

3.根据园所要求做好清洁卫生工作、消毒清洗工作，做好负责区域内设备的管理与维护等工作；

4.完成上级交待的其他工作。

任职要求：

1.持有保育员证书、健康证，有从事早教托班或幼儿园保育员经验;

2.热爱教育事业，喜欢孩子；工作态度积极，踏实认真，性格开朗，心态乐观，有亲和力；责任心强，服从安排，吃苦耐劳，有耐心。

4.具备服务学生、服务家长的良好意识，有良好的沟通能力和语言表达能力，富有团队合作精神。

5.学习能力较强，能快速接受全新的教育理念和教育模式，遵守教职工道德规范和各项制度要求。

6. 护理专业者、幼儿园保育工作者优先

7.有育婴师资格证者优先
