岗位职责

1、制定公司平台线下市场推广活动策划方案和线上方案联动、营销策划方案的制定及协调组织实施；

2、负责整合线下活动的各项数据指标，并进行总结报告；

3、对策划案整体把控，充分了解执行和战略需求，能清楚的树立正确的品牌价值观；

4、整理竞争者资料库和市场活动，做出相对应的市场竞争方案。

任职资格

1、大专及以上学历，广告学、市场营销学等相关专业；

2、两年以上市场活动策划相关工作经验，有教育行业市场策划优先考虑；

3、具备良好的市场意识和用户敏感度，熟悉线下推广；

4、具备优秀的策划能力、提案能力，能对活动的方案提；出可行性创新性的意见；

5、能适应高强度的工作压力，耐力和韧性，注重细节并具有学习能力，具有良好的团队合作精神。
