Main responsibilities:

- Acquire and continuously maintain in-depth product and local market knowledge of:

PMDI (聚合MDI), Polyols (聚醚多元醇, 涂料，胶粘剂，密封剂，弹性体聚醚)

- Carefully observe market, customers and competitions with timely communicate to Product Manager the valuable and detailed market information with facts and own analysis

- Support Product Manager in formulating purchase, stock and sales strategy

- Achieve sales objectives in terms of product type, volume and gross margin

- Continuously improve size, profitability and sustainability of distribution

- Extend distribution to new end-users and applications

Reporting to: Product Manager and later Head of Sales

Subordinate: None

Location: Guangzhou, extensive travel needed

Requirements:

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in a chemical-related major

Experience

- Very solid product and market knowledge of above mentioned products

- Very solid personal network with multiple end-users of above mentioned products

- Minimum 5 years of practical work experience in Rmb distribution to end-users of above mentioned products

- Work experience at a western enterprise a plus

- Business acumen

- Strong negotiation skills and ability to achieve results

- Well-organized

- Problem prevention attitude, particularly regarding regulations and commercial risks

- Team player with good communications skill

Language

- Fluent Chinese

- English skills, spoken and written, a plus
