Job description

1. Monitor and report on quality-related key performance indicators including

scrap monitoring, rework levels, parts per million (PPM) figures

2. Provides support for customer representatives regards to quality issues

3. Perform all internal and external audits on behalf of the company management

4. Complete supplier Quality Management System audits for purposes of approve & maintain, and to work with suppliers to close out any audit findings

5. Champion problem solving and root cause analysis activities with suppliers, customer and internal team to eliminate recurrence of non‐conformances

6. Developing and implementing quality management systems (QMS) in company.

7. Maintain all quality specification documentation within the quality system,

including the creation and maintenance of specifications, work instructions,

procedures and other documentation

8. Developing and implement ROHS/Green policy related activities in company

9. Participating in teams to help make necessary improvements and changes to all process related issues in the company.

10. Maintain an accurate inventory of gauges, scales, and test equipment to ensure conformance and calibration with internal procedures

 

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering related field and more than 5 years related QA working experience in semiconductor

2. Strong problem solving and organizational skills

3. Project management and leadership skills with an ability to collaborate with cross functional departments such as R&D, Sales/FAE, and Operation

4. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills in English, work well with diverse groups of people and be able to function independently of direct supervision

5. Knowledge of various quality system methodologies 8D, Lean, 5 Why’s, Pareto Analysis, Six Sigma, 8-D, FEMA, PPAP, etc. preferred

6. Good data analysis and documentation management capability

7. ISO 9001 QMS lead auditor or CQE/CQT certification is a plus
