岗位职责：
1、根据客户需求，完成汽车行业全价值链（包含但不局限于销售或售后非技术培训及辅导项目课件）产品的开发、优化等；
2、根据客户的需求，编制销售或售后非技术培训/辅导项目的实施方案；
3、根据项目执行进度，完成相关项目的总结报告；
4、对现有课件或方案做教学设计方面的优化；
5、跟踪了解行业发展新动向，不断优化课程内容、课件表现形式和研究教学方法。
6、搜集和整理相关素材，为公司的课件及方案建立素材库。
任职要求：
1、大学本科以上学历，汽车咨询公司、新媒体行业从业者、优秀的经销商内训师优先考虑；
2、熟练使用office办公软件，了解H5等多媒体培训手段及相关工具的优先考虑
3、勤奋好学，乐于创新和钻研，具有良好的个人职业素养和敬业精神；
4、具备优秀的文字组织能力和逻辑思维能力
5、良好的沟通能力和团队合作能力。
