岗位职责：

1、 负责运营部门管理、根据公司项目，撰写运营工作计划，组织实施并确保工作计划的完成；

2、 合理安排外派老师的出差地点、交通、住宿事宜，激励员工士气，提高工作效率等管理工作；

3、 协调客户关系，在公司的授权下，与客户沟通，确保项目顺利实施；

4、 协调处理项目运行中的突发事件 ；

5、 按时输出有价值的运营报告；

6、主动和总经理配合完成整合解决方案的设计、实施；

7、 完成领导交办的其他工作。

任职要求：

1、大专以上学历，5年以上运营或行政管理工作经验；

2、具备汽车咨询行业运营协调管理经验者优先考虑；

3、工作认真、负责、仔细，有较好的沟通能力和快速学习能力；

4、思维敏捷，态度温和，抗压能力强，有良好的团队合作精神，能够长期稳定工作；

5、能熟练使用各种常用办公软件。
