KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for achievement of sales, profitability and Cash Flow targets
To guarantee the GSN code application on the field
To coordinate, monitor and coach Sales Reps or Agents in order to increase efficiency and effectiveness of sales network
To support Sales Reps and Agent in special deals closing
To guarantee sales force training and skills development
To guarantee the customer satisfaction
To guarantee adequate market feedback on the Segment trends
Guarantees implementation of Technogym cultural model through company policies and procedures implementation and localization, compliant to Corporate Governance
Lead organization effectiveness by maximizing performance and people development and engagement

JOB REQUIREMENT
5 years of experience in direct sales
Experience in managing complex deals
Experience in selling solutions with focus on financial services
Previous experience as physiotherapist (optional for HCP)
Previous experience as trainer, coach or professional athlete (optional for Club)
