职位描述
1、热爱销售行业,具有销售潜质,能灵活的与客户沟通并促成合作(此职位为非管理职位);2、处理好与公司各部门的关系,具备良好的团队协作精神;
3、具备服务精神、创新精神,敢于吃苦,积极主动;
4、熟练使用Microsoft Office等办公软件,能很好的与客户电话、邮件、在线联系方式沟通及面谈;
5、自主开发相应客户源,透过各种可行方式,独立开发潜在客户完成销售指标;
6、维护既有客户资源,保持良好的日常沟通,挖掘及激发客户发展需求,扩充业绩;
7、客户应收款项的催收及协调相关重点事项;
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
e Responsible for achievement of sales, profitability and Cash Flow targets on the field locally
e Guarantees the customer satisfaction on the field locally
e Guarantees adequate market feedback on the Segment trends
e Guarantees the GSN code application on the field
Guarantees respect of Technogym cultural model, company policies and procedures, compliant to Corporate Governance
JOB REQUIREMENT
e Direct Sales techniques (consultative approach)
e Negotiation skills
e Long term customer relationship approach
e CRM management knowledge
e Advanced software use
Segment (Club, H&H, HC&P) features, trends, systems knowledge
PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND:
Club: Durable goods industries (electronic equipment, automotive, high tech), Wellness equipment industy, professional personal training
H&H: Hotel and leisure (Cruises companies, Tour operators, high profile Hotel chains) industry, yachting industry, Luxury goods companies, Design and forniture companies (Architects), high end sport goods
HC&P: Biomedical industry, healthcare industry, Medical Insurance companies, Lobbing group, consultancy companies, phisioterapist
