Recruiting Coordinator Intern (3-6 months)

What you’ll do:

• Host candidates when they visit our office and serve as the primary candidate liaison, providing the best candidate experience possible.

• Coordinate, schedule and manage the interview process. Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email.

• Use our applicant tracking system to update candidate information, job descriptions and job postings on various job boards.

• Work quickly to interface with internal and external stakeholders across time zones and from locations all over the world.

• Build and promote the Flexport employer brand.

What you’ll need:

• Undergraduate in business related degree. Preferably 3-6 month internship with 4 days plus per week.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills. Good reading and written English skills. You will work with senior leadership and executive level candidates.

• Calendar management skills. Detail oriented and highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize daily tasks.

• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Google Applications.

• Experience scheduling or using an applicants tracking system is a plus.

• Adaptability & Initiative: you’re always looking to try new things and you welcome feedback about your work.

Where you’ll work:

Our Shenzhen office is based in the center of Futian District. We provide snacks, drinks, fruits, and lunch during work day.

Our Shenzhen team is positioned to streamline processes at the beginning of the supply chain and strengthen relationships with Asia-based clients and partners.
